St. Michael’s Hospital – Patient Care Tower

This project included the design and construction of a new addition, as well as major renovations throughout the iconic St. Michael’s Hospital. The new addition consists of a state-of-the-art 17-storey, 250,000 sqft patient care tower with inpatient facilities for orthopedic surgery, oncology and respirology, and expanded intensive care units for coronary and medical-surgical patients. All in-patient rooms are private.

This project included the design and construction of three new facilities for ErinoakKids Burlington (121,000 sqft), Mississauga (93,000 sqft), and Oakville (73,000 sqft).

Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital

This project included the design and construction of the new 11-storey, 1,200,000 sqft hospital consisting of 367 beds and various departments including emergency, surgical, diagnostic imaging, ambulatory, obstetrics, pediatrics, and mental health. The project was delivered as a P3 (Design-Build-Finance-Maintain) model.

This project included the planning / schematic design and construction of three new buildings totalling 450,000 sqft to expand and redevelop the existing Queen Street complex.

This project included providing an overview and analysis of the existing security systems, technology and physical security program in place across eight UHN sites including Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto Rehab (University Centre, Lyndhurst Centre, Bickle Centre, Rumsey Centre) and Michener Institute.
