Modernizing Security Systems Across Multiple Facilities Serving Barrie and Surrounding Areas

Lobo was engaged to provide comprehensive consulting services including complete audits and assessments of existing security infrastructure across the organization’s five sites including main hospital campus. Lobo also worked with stakeholders to develop the vision and strategic direction for the modernization of existing Access Control, Video Surveillance, Panic/Duress systems and facilitated the evaluation and prequalification of system products. These efforts then culminated in the development of engineering designs and a service maintenance agreement that formed the basis of a sizable RFP. Finally, Lobo assisted throughout the RFP process and provided Contract Administrative services to ensure successful completion of the project.
