Helping Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital and leading research centre to expand and improve
This project included the planning / schematic design and construction of three new buildings totalling 450,000 sqft to expand and redevelop the existing Queen Street complex. The redevelopment included new streets, sidewalks, and three new CAMH facilities, consisting of the seven-storey Gateway Building, the six-storey Intergenerational Wellness Centre and the eight-storey Utilities and Parking Building. The project was delivered as a P3 (Design-Build-Finance-Maintain) model.
