Issue Resolution to Roadmap for Optimizing Systems and Technology

This massive Canadian luxury brand online retailer, with large distribution, storage, administrative offices and studios located in the heart of the nation’s fashion capital, required a consultant that could determine the root cause of system issues that had been impacting its operations. LOBO was engaged to provide a detailed, 3rd party, objective assessment of the existing issues, coordinating with internal client resources, manufacturers and integrators to arrive at its findings and recommendations for how to resolve the complex infrastructure issues at play. A roadmap was also developed for how Client operations could leverage its technology better to reduce shrinkage and optimize its operation.
