Formulating a Strategic Roadmap for Progression and Implementing Immediate Improvements

Ontario’s largest retail shopping centre operates a wide array of security technologies and systems to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Assessing the state and effectiveness of its current systems and developing a roadmap for progression to optimize and streamline its disparate measures and better leverage its assets to achieve greater efficiencies was a priority objective. LOBO was entrusted to provide an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of the facility’s technology portfolio and prepare a roadmap to enable the facility to address immediate concerns and ensure a clear path for future progression.

Follow-up projects that resulted from the aforementioned strategic roadmap, included immediate upgrade projects to address high priority recommendations from the roadmap.
