Secured transportation: Cash in transit - an armoured car company secures our opinion

This was a highly sensitive project resulting from a labor dispute. Study of operational issues to identify technological and operational measures resulting in previously adjudicated, contradictory findings to a contested legal issue.

Lobo’s assessment consisted of

• Conducted a detailed analysis surrounding issues related to Armoured Vehicle equipment currently in use
• Conducted a threat, risk & vulnerability assessment, including simulated live fire attack on an armoured vehicle
• A detailed security audit report outlining all findings, including existing conditions, threats, and vulnerabilities
• Provided expert opinion contradicting previous findings and basis for a previous Tribunal finding

Based on the opinion and recommendations from the report, Management reversed their decision and reinstituted measures, resolving the dispute between the Union & Company.
