Enterprise Security Solutions

This project involved dozens of sites housing commercial offices, warehousing, distribution and packaging. With aging security technology reaching end-of-life, this major beverage distributor required an assessment of its current conditions across sites and a roadmap for identifying new enterprise level security platforms that would meet current and future needs.

LOBO was engaged, as subject matter experts, to provide objective 3rd party assessments of the security and network infrastructure. In parallel, LOBO was also engaged to lead the process for the development of technology requirements with the stakeholders, guide the evaluation of leading manufacturers and prepare Technology Standards.
