Developing Upgrade Strategies to Meet Current & Future Challenges

This project, involving the assessment of existing systems and subsequent design of upgrades, required creative thinking to address the most urgent security technology challenges facing the institution whilst conforming to site and budget constraints.

Basic, medium and best-in-class solutions were presented together with benefits and drawbacks as well as budget estimates, for consideration. Based on the findings, Lobo and the Institution developed a strategy and upgrade path that addressed the most pressing challenges while creating a foundation for future upgrades and growth.
