Developing Strategic Solutions for Toronto's Premier Shopping Centre

Toronto’s premier major retail shopping centre operates a wide array of security technologies and systems to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Assessing the state and effectiveness of its current systems and developing a strategic roadmap for how it can better leverage its assets to achieve greater efficiencies and incorporate advanced capabilities was a priority objective. LOBO was entrusted to provide an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of the facility’s technology portfolio and recommend solutions to enable the facility to address immediate concerns and ensure a clear path for future progression.

Follow-up projects that resulted from the aforementioned strategic roadmap, included development of a comprehensive service maintenance agreement for Oxford’s three major retail properties in the GTA and property-wide enhancement and upgrade projects.
