Migrating to a new enterprise solution across the entire property portfolio

This project included site assessments, technical reviews, development of corporate standards and specifications for the standardization and upgrade of existing systems to a new highly advanced security platform across the financial institution’s entire property portfolio as well as system commissioning. Systems within scope include Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System, Video Surveillance system, Intercommunications, Panic/Duress and Command/Control.
