Modernizing security at a flagship office complex in downtown Toronto

This project features the complete upgrade and modernization of the existing access control and alarm monitoring system for this premiere multi-tower office complex with retail concourse, galleria and underground parking facilities. Scope of work included development of client requirements, evaluation of manufacturer products against the requirements, development of design and RFP documentation, analysis and recommendation of bid submissions and contract administration to substantial completion of the project.
