Major Renovations to Prepare this Site for its New Occupants

This project was comprised of major renovations to this 25,000 sq. ft. Class A office facility as well as the addition of a warehouse, vehicle maintenance garage, loading docks and storage yard to the site in order to accommodate Brantford Power’s new headquarters and operations.

Lobo’s scope of work included assessments to determine suitability of existing infrastructure for re-use, design of new Access Control, Alarm Monitoring, Video Surveillance, Intercommunications , Intrusion and IT Structured Cabling for all building IP systems. Lobo also provided tender support and contract administration for security and IT.
