Modernizing this Commercial Tower for the Future, While Preserving its History

This historic site on bustling Spadina Ave. began a new chapter of life after its anchor tenant moved out. The challenge was to outfit the facility with the infrastructure expected from a modern multi-tenant office block while preserving its historic features.

Lobo was engaged to assess the site and existing infrastructure and design base building security systems including Access Control/Alarm Monitoring, Video Surveillance and Intercommunications as well as provisions for future tenants. Lobo also provided tender analysis and contract administration services.
