Video Surveillance Assessment & Design

This project, to upgrade video surveillance systems for two BentallGreenOak towers in downtown Winnipeg, involved engaging with stakeholders to understand the risks to the facilities, operations and Client requirements. Detailed site audits of the facilities then followed, noting existing infrastructure that could be reused. A technical Assessment and Recommendations report was then developed, providing recommended options and associated benefits and drawbacks to meet the requirements and address concerns. Following approval and direction from the Client, LOBO prepared detail engineering designs and specifications for tender RFP.
